       ਮੈਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਪੱਤਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਿੱਤ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਮਿਲਾਵਟ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ।
      ਅੱਜ ਚਾਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਬੋਲਬਾਲਾ ਹੈ । ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਏਨੇ ਗਿਰ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਸੀਮਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚੀ। ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖਿਲਵਾੜ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ । ਨਿੱਤ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਲਾਵਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਦੇਸੀ ਘਿਓ ਵੇਚ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੂਰ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਦੀ ਬਦਬੂ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਗਰਮ ਮਸਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਿੱਦ ਮਿਲ਼ੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । ਕਾਲ਼ੀ ਮਿਰਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਪੀਤੇ ਦੇ ਬੀਜ ਰਲੇ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਕੈਮੀਕਲ ਰਲਾ ਕੇ ਦੁੱਧ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਆਟੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਕੁਝ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਲਾਉਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ । ਹਲਦੀ , ਲਾਲ ਮਿਰਚ ਆਦਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਕੁਝ ਰਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਦਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਰੀਕ - ਬਾਰੀਕ ਪੱਥਰ ਮਿਲੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੁੱਧ ,ਮਸਾਲੇ , ਨਮਕ , ਦਾਲਾਂ , ਆਟਾ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਹਾਲਤ ਏਨੀ ਮਾੜੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਵੀ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਾਵਟ ਹੈ । ਮਿਲਾਵਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਹ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਪੇਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਏ ਹਨ । ਕਈਆਂ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ।
       ਇਹ ਮਿਲਾਵਟ ਦਾ ਧੰਦਾ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚਲਿਆ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਹਲਵਾਈ ਨਕਲੀ ਮਿਠਿਆਈਆਂ ਤੇ ਨਕਲੀ ਪਨੀਰ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਫੜੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ । ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਾਂ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ । ਕੋਲਡ ਡ੍ਰਿੰਕਸ ਅਤੇ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਵੀ ਨਕਲੀ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ।
      ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਇਸ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜਲਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਅਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ । ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਉੱਡਣ - ਦਸਤੇ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਜੋ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਛਾਪੇ ਮਾਰਨ , ਸੈਂਪਲ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਾਵਟ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਨ । ਦੂਸਰਾ , ਇਹਨਾਂ ਮਿਲਾਵਟੀ ਧੰਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਖਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਧੱਕ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਲਾ ਧੰਦਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ।

Amritsar - The City of the Golden Temple

Amritsar is a very famous and a popular city in Punjab. It is a historical as well as a greatly holy city.  It was founded by the fourth Guru, Guru Ram Das Ji.  Its original name was "Guru ka Chakk".  It is also called the city of the Golden Temple. The temple stands in the middle of a huge water tank, called 'Amrit Sarovar', which means 'the tank of nector', immortality. This has given the name to this famous city as well.

The Golden Temple at Amritsar is a very large pilgrimage site. It is a place of deep faith and reverence for the Sikhs. It was founded by the 4th Guru of the Sikhs, Shri Guru Ram Das Ji.  The city itself grew around the temple with the passage of time. Some portions of the temple are covered with gold and hence the well-known title 'The Golden Temple's. People from far and wide come to see it. Diwali celebrations at Golden temple is very famous.

The Durgyana Temple of goddess 'Durga' at Amritsar is also worth a visit. In its compound, there is a spot, where Hanuman is believed to have stopped. The company garden here is also a beautiful place to visit.  Another important place to visit is the Jallianwalla Bagh. It is the place where thousands of Indians were massacred by the soldiers of General Dyer on April 13, 1919 . The city is also known for its industries and beautiful bazaars.

          ਨਿੱਘੀ ਯਾਦ ।
     ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਦਸ ਜੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਇਹ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਆ ਕੇ ਬਿਤਾਵੇਂ । ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਰਸ਼ ਪਿੰਡ ਹੈ । ਇੱਥੋਂ ਦਾ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਬੜਾ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਾ - ਡੁੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ । ਇਥੋਂ ਦੀ ਆਬੋ-ਹਵਾ ਬੜੀ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੀ ਹੈ । ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਰੌਲੇ-ਰੱਪੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ । ਸਾਡਾ ਘਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰਵਾਰ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਾ-ਡੁੱਲਾ ਮਕਾਨ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਦੀ ਡਿਉੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੰਢੀ-ਠੰਢੀ ਹਵਾ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਅਸੀਂ ਸਵੇਰ-ਸ਼ਾਮ ਸੈਰ ਕਰਿਆ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ । ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ । ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਕੱਟਣ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਆਵੇਗਾ । ਦੇਖੀ ਨਾਂਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਨਾ ਤੋੜ ਦਈਂ । ਮੇਰੇ ਮੰਮੀ ਡੈਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਚਾਅ ਹੈ ।
     ਅੱਛਾ ਆਉਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ-ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲਣਾ । ਅਸੀਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ-ਸਵੇਰੇ ਨਹਾ-ਧੋ ਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਵੀ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਿਆ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ ।

The tiger is the national animal of India . It is known as the largest animal in the cat family . They are largely found in Asia. It is a proud and fierce animal. It has a big and strong body. The tigers are carnivorous animals . Tigers live in forests and woods. The tigers are generally yellow in colour with black stripes all over them. It is found in white colour also . It has very sharp teeth to tear flesh. It has very piercing eyes which can see very well even in the night . It has padded feet and sharp claws .The jaws and paws of a tiger are extremely powerful. It runs very fast and can chase its prey for miles without getting tired. It usually hunts animal such as deers wild buffaloes, baby elephants etc. It mostly attacks suddenly on its prey.Tigers are known as lord of Jungle as they symbolize the wildlife wealth of the country. Their numbers are decreasing slowly due to poaching and loss of habitat. We must try to save this royal animal at all cost.
